Recommended Width for ASCII Art on a Node
Linux in a Bit (Profile): (2023-12-29 21:29:14 (UTC))

What is the recommended width for ASCII art so the majority of people can view it?
I initially assumed it was 80 characters but that feels a little too wide.

I just installed NomadNet on Android with Termux and 50 characters wide is ideal for that. Of course some content doesn't really work with that few chatacters so 80 is probably a good middle ground, and 50 characters should be used when possible 🤔

I updated the recommended minimum terminal size for nomadnet to 135x32, which will result in a page width of 80 columns. I think that makes good sense as a minimum to aim for, but feel free to use larger or smaller if you need it.
